Choose the time of day
A small dose can make you feel alert, while having a larger dose may give you more of a calming and sedating effect so until you know what works best for you, we suggest you take it at the start of your day or throughout the daytime.
Consistency is key
Use our 30 day journal to keep track of when you're taking your Vitality+, how you're feeling each day/week and what dose you are taking.

You should be feeling less anxious within the first 7 days. You should also notice a much deeper less broken and anxious waking during the night making you more rested with greater energy for the day
Start off with a small amount.
To start have just .5ml under your tongue. Record how you felt at the end of the day and the start of the day before raising the dosage to find your "sweet spot".
