There are a number of things you can do to help you get a better nights sleep, because its widely underestimated the power of a good nights sleep. 

1️⃣ Set a sleep schedule and stick to it! (Keep your body used to bed time and wake up times)
2️⃣ Optimise your bedroom for sleep (temperature, eye mask and ear plugs if needed)
3️⃣ Keep a night time routine (eating earlier in the evening, take a bather have a hot shower, calming music)
4️⃣ Natural remedies can help (magnesium, CBD, Herbal Teas)
5️⃣ Eat well - Nourishing your body, moving your body and not over eating processed foods and sweets can also assist.

A few tips for letting go of worries or what people think.

Because we are told growing up, taught to worry about that because they were taught to worry about that. It’s time we broke the unrealistic chain of fear.

You cant let go if you're unaware that you are holding on to beliefs that you know what others are thinking or that you must conduct yourself in accordance to pleasing others, so you how?

🧡 Notice if you have any thoughts like:

“I can't, what will they think of me? Badly?”
“I don't feel I can wear what I want, people will judge me.”
“I dont think I can be who I want. People will not understand me”. 
“I know what others think of me, I can tell they think something about me.”

These are the thoughts driving your behaviour, stopping you, keeping you afraid & fear causes anxiety. 
Write them down when you notice one.

🧡 Once you are aware of those thoughts, & now that you are out of the moment you thought it, you can question it.

Is it true?
Did I learn this thought?
Who passed it on to me?
Is this just my perception?
What other perceptions are there I look at?

A thought comes from somewhere, influenced by the environment, the influences of social media, people around you. They are learnt, which means they can be changed, relearnt.

Challenge those thoughts ready for the next time you find yourself thinking that thought.
