Ordering & Delivery:
Our goal is to ship all orders placed before 2PM QLD EASTERN STANDARD TIME on the same business day. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or after 2PM will be processed on the next business day.
During sales events and promotional periods this dispatch time can vary. We will aim to provide updates where possible.
We utilise multiple shipping companies to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details relating to your parcel. It is your responsibility to make sure the NAME, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL and ADDRESS specified on your order is correct. We will endeavour to assist as much as possible with the speed at which the product is delivered to you, but please understand that beyond dispatch, delivery is the responsibility of the courier or shipping agent delivering the item(s) to you.
You can track your items directly through our couriers website(s).
Expected delivery times will vary depending on your location. Typically most orders arrive within 1-2 business days to all major cities and surrounding suburbs, or between 3-7 business days if you live in Western Australia, Tasmania, South Australia, Country, Regional, or any other Isolated Location. These delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and we have no control as to the speed of your delivery once your package has left our warehouse.
Your tracking details will often provide you with shipment updates and an estimated date of arrival. If your parcel has not arrived on time, it’s often awaiting PICKUP from your local post office or depot. If you have not received your products within ten business days, please contact us, and we can investigate this for you.

All orders placed on our website are subject to standard shipping costs, however we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders with a total check-out value of $150 or greater.
Some orders may be excluded from the ability to receive Free Shipping in the case of a wholesale discount being applied or other unusual purchase habit.
At this time, www.vitalityplus.com.au only delivers to addresses in Australia.
Here at Vitality+, we stand by our product. That is why we offer a feel good guarantee. If by chance you are not satisfied with your Vitality+ product, let us know via email [email protected].
If you are within the first 30 days of your first full bottle purchase we will honour a full refund of the product.
For all subsequent purchases, returns are accepted within 60 days of receiving the product as long as it is in its original condition and unopened. All we ask is that the product is not used and is in the same condition you received it as well as in the original box and/or packaging.
We will ask for any returned products to be sent to the following address. Please send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Vitality+ is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once your item has shipped, please email the tracking number for your returned product so we can process your refund in a timely manner.
